Theresa J. Mahan
Terri received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with an emphasis in Physiology from Fresno State University in 1998. While working as a Research Associate for several different biotech/pharmaceutical companies, she researched and developed various assays for cancer research and participated in the discovery and development of oral drugs that target G-Coupled Protein Receptors. During this time, Terri attended Thomas Jefferson Law School, in San Diego, CA and received her Juris Doctorate in 2006.
Terri joined the firm as a Technical Advisor in October 2007 and was later admitted to practice in California and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Terri’s areas of practice include U.S. patent preparation and prosecution, international and foreign patent preparation and prosecution, trademark registration, contracts, litigation support, and related business matters.
